The consumer also acknowledges that its Manufactured Home is a new purchase or has not had a lapse in coverage for more than one month. If a lapse in coverage has been greater than one month, the consumer must proceed by calling 800.388.6780 to discuss this matter with a licensed agent. NMHIC Corp will only use the provided information for the necessity to comply with its various carriers for the purpose of a quote.
